I write - mostly for the Irish Times but also for Food and Wine magazine. I have writen for the Wall St Journal, the Times and many others.

I currently write about issues that stem from technological innovations and I try to search out and work out the cultural implications of those innovations.

I have five children and I also have two gardens. One is organic while the other is low carbon.

I have a small art gallery where I try to promote artists who are both innovative and thoughtful about their moral place. Of course they also produce beautiful images.
