Certify all of our chocolate (through Transfair America) as being Fair Trade. This ensures that not only are we using the highest quality cocoa and sugar, but that our supply chain is based on an economic model that enables rural communities.

Ithaca Fine Chocolates (IFC)sells under the brand Art Bar. The reason for the name is two fold; (1) each bar contains an art reproduction card inside the wrapper and (2) 10% of IFC's net profits are donated to art education organizations (CSMA of Ithaca and the Children's Art Foundation in D.C.). The idea is to use markets to generate a channel of funding to the arts while at the same time creating a unique forum for new, contemporary artist works to be seen.
