Respect for resources and creating as much or more resources in return for those used. Relentless focus on doing what you have to with respect to each other, the environment, and society as a whole so that you can do what you want to in your life, without compromising the "health" of any of the parts of the organism. While all things change form and function over time, they are ever lasting, so being mindful of that is critical to creating a sustainable environment (external and internal physical environment, social, emotional, mental) in our future.
